Pastor Myron Boyd
Pastor Myron Boyd is the Founder/Pastor of Lighthouse Fellowship Church, originally known as Deliverance Temple. He is a shepherd with the spiritual conviction, moral aptitude and practical wisdom to restore people to God. Pastor Boyd's dynamic sermons and lessons break concepts down to a level that any listener can relate to while identifying with his unique blend of style, enthusiasm, humor and authenticity.
Pastor Myron Boyd was born in Davenport, Iowa to the late Bishop Melvin Boyd, & Lady Carol Boyd of Tennessee. From a very young age, Pastor Myron was very involved in his father's ministry as a musician, head sound technician, altar worker, service conductor, armor bearer, choir director, couples club auxiliary president and much more.
In December of 1991, he commenced his preaching ministry. Since that time God has blessed Pastor Boyd to aid and assist many churches in church growth and structure.
Pastor Myron adamantly believes that practical teaching produces powerful living. He teaches the uncompromising Gospel of Jesus Christ and willfully uses his life as a yielded and submitted vessel unto the Lord. His straightforward candor draws people out from the misty shadows of their lives into clear purpose, promise and the perfect will of God.
Pastor Myron is married to Lady Beverly Boyd. Together they have four sons Myron II, Brandon, Eric, and Andre´ who are actively involved in ministry with their parents.
